Ola CEO Bhavish Aggarwal has endorsed Narayana Murthy's advocacy for a 70-hour workweek, stating he fully supports Murthy's advice. Speaking in a podcast with ANI, Aggarwal revealed that he dedicates 20 hours each day to work, without a break, throughout the entire week.

Murthy's proposal for a 70-hour workweek has sparked discussions among business leaders, with some agreeing on the necessity for increased productivity and others debating the adequacy of compensation. Aggarwal expressed his agreement with Murthy's direction, particularly encouraging young individuals to strive for more.

Reflecting on Murthy's impactful returns to Infosys during challenging times, Aggarwal highlighted the transformative contributions made upon Murthy's reinstatements. He drew parallels with Nandan Nilekani's similar return in a non-executive chairman role, noting how such engagements revitalized Infosys.

Founded in 1981 by Narayana Murthy and six colleagues, including Nandan Nilekani, Infosys has seen significant milestones under their leadership, including Nilekani's pivotal role in the Aadhaar card initiative.

Aggarwal's public support for extending work hours aligns with his previous social media posts and admiration for figures like Steve Jobs, whom he considers a major inspiration. He also expressed his appreciation for Apple products, emphasizing their quality and design.
