Ghaziabad: Divine Power Energy Limited (DPEL), a prominent Ghaziabad-based manufacturer specializing in insulated wires and strips, has set its sights on achieving a revenue milestone of Rs. 400 crore by March 2026. The company revealed its ambitious expansion plans, aiming to bolster production capacities by leveraging an upcoming initial public offering (IPO). Khambatta Securities has been entrusted as the Book Running Lead Manager for the anticipated IPO.

DPEL's core production encompasses insulated and bare wires, along with copper and aluminium strips, serving a diverse clientele within India. Its product portfolio includes a range of essential components such as Paper Covered Conductors, Fiber-Glass Insulation, Double Cotton Covered and Super-Enameled Insulation. These products are integral components in transformers, motors, and various other electrical devices.

Mr. Rajesh Giri, Managing Director of Divine Power Energy Limited, articulated the company's strategic objectives, stating, "Our vision is to establish ourselves as the frontrunner in manufacturing insulated copper and aluminium wires and strips, emphasizing unparalleled quality and sustainability. Through capital market funding, we aim to unlock our full potential by expanding our manufacturing capabilities, diversifying our product lineup, and exploring new markets. With this ambitious trajectory, we are confident in doubling our revenue to Rs. 300 crore by 2025, ultimately surpassing the Rs. 400 crore milestone by March 2026."

Having sustained a track record of delivering high-quality products that meet rigorous industry standards at competitive prices for over two decades, DPEL operates from a sprawling 40,000-square-foot manufacturing unit in Ghaziabad.

The company caters to a wide array of clientele, both public and private, which includes esteemed entities like Tata Power, BSES, Uttarakhand Power Corporation Limited, Jharkhand Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited, Pashchimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited, Purvanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, Dakshinanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, among numerous others. DPEL sources its raw materials from industry giants such as NALCO, Aditya Birla's Hindalco, and Balco, ensuring top-notch quality in its manufacturing processes.
