"It's putting your head down and working. It has been nine years since I started my first startup. He along with his team started AiSensy in mid-2020 in Haldwani, near Nainital during Covid-19 pandemic. We started with serving 5-10 businesses and today serve over 75,000 businesses on the WhatsApp Business API. We have built our system using the MERN stack—MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js—which enables us to create a responsive and efficient web application. How would AiSensy guarantee data security and privacy, particularly for sensitive customer interactions handled via WhatsApp?

At AiSensy, data security and privacy are non-negotiable. We protect every message with end-to-end encryption, so only the sender and recipient can read the content. No third party, including WhatsApp, can access these messages. Meta adds multiple security layers to find and fix any vulnerabilities, ensuring that sensitive customer data stays safe.

Can you explain a bit more about machine learning technologies behind AiSensy's chatbot feature? How do those technologies enhance customer support and sales automation?

Our chatbots use advanced machine learning technologies like Vector DB systems (Qdrant and Pinecone) and large language models (LLMs) such as GPT and Claude. These are managed through Python APIs and hosted on AWS. This setup helps our chatbots understand and respond like humans, handle complex queries, and automate repetitive tasks, improving customer support and boosting sales.

To what extent is the AiSensy platform scalable when it comes to large customer bases of businesses? Is it effective, high-volume broadcasting and live chats without performance degradation?
