Our business model at 3C IT Solutions & Telecoms focuses on empowering businesses by delivering innovative and tailored IT solutions. We operate as a system integrator, specializing in selling technology products and providing ICT services. Collaborating closely with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), we serve a diverse clientele, including MSMEs, SMEs, large enterprises, and academic institutions, aligning our solutions with their specific needs.

What services do you offer to your Indian and international clients?
Infrastructure Solutions such as network and data center infrastructure services, network services that ranges from various H/W to end-to-end manage network services that improve performance, security, and reliability. Offerings include data storage management, server infrastructure solutions, customized network design and implementation, and security consolidation and optimization.
Digital business solutions product such as asset life cycle management, cloud labs a niche product for education, cloud storage and migration/management that includes building comprehensive solutions on edge, we also support Saas-based analytical tool that helps our clients to use their data efficiently, and help them to build a competitive edge in the evolving digital landscape.
Consulting solutions: We provide strategic consulting services in the areas of data center, network landscape design, security periphery design and control, building end-to-end management system that involves use of technology, H/W, software and expertise in setting up BMS monitoring room with high end AV gadgets to help businesses navigate complex challenges with confidence.
Hardware sales & services: We are partners to more than 90 OEMS in India, we do sales and service for all major OEM for our customers that include sales and repair of laptop, desktop, routers, access points, servers, firewall, switches etc.
What is your total revenue per year and which are your different revenue streams?
Our company achieved a total revenue of Rs 30 crore in the last fiscal year and is on track to reach nearly Rs 40 crore this year. This growth reflects our strong performance across three primary revenue streams.
First, hardware sales and repair services contribute significantly, ensuring clients receive quality products and efficient maintenance. Second, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and rental services provide consistent, recurring revenue by delivering reliable support and infrastructure solutions. Lastly, our services portfolio, which includes consulting, enables businesses to navigate their digital transformation journeys effectively.
By maintaining a balanced and diversified revenue structure, we ensure financial stability while addressing evolving client needs with agility and expertise. These streams form the backbone of our success, driving growth and strengthening our market presence.
