To keep the competition engaging, Bigg Boss gave Nikhil and Gautham, who were leading in the race to win, a task to compete against each other. Instead of focusing on the challenge, they spent the time insulting one another. As the game approached its conclusion, Bigg Boss introduced a task that would escalate from words to physical interactions.
The new task was assigned to Nikhil, Gautham, and Rohini, who had recently earned a golden ticket. Bigg Boss announced that only one of them would have the chance to ask for votes. As part of this, he set a challenge for all three. The first challenge involved a cake, where they needed to create an 8 shaped symbol and cut the cake without it collapsing. Rohini lost this task, leaving Nikhil and Gautham competing against each other.
Next, they faced a physical task called color-splitting. This task often leads to conflicts, and it was no different this time. As they tried to color each other, they resorted to physical confrontations. Nikhil and Gautham, already at odds this season, got into a fierce struggle. Nikhil grabbed Gautham's leg and pulled him down, then sat on him. In the process, he knocked over the table filled with paint, avoiding any red paint on himself. Gautham also fought back without holding back.
