BoB Reaches Out To 3,700 TG, AP Farmers

Hyderabad: Bank of Baroda (BoB), a public sector bank, said its Hyderabad Zone organised, ‘Baroda Kisan Pakhwada’, the 7th edition of its flagship annual programme. The event focused on leveraging the use of technology in Banking and Agriculture to empower Indian farmers.

During the event, the Bank connected with over 3,700 farmers through 70 outreach events and disbursed/sanctioned agricultural loans worth about Rs 25 crore, here. Ritesh Kumar, General Manager & Zonal Head, Bank of Baroda, Hyderabad Zone, said: “The Baroda Kisan Pakhwada, which is now in its 7th year, reflects Bank of Baroda’s commitment in supporting the farmers of the country with innovative banking solutions."
