Ola Electric Scooter Customer Sets Showroom Ablaze in Fiery Protest

On Tuesday, an Ola electric scooter customer, identified as Mohammad Nadeem, set an entire Ola showroom in a suburb of Delhi on fire in a fit of rage.

According to eyewitnesses, Nadeem was frustrated with the poor performance and frequent breakdowns of his Ola electric scooter. Despite multiple complaints to the company, his issues remained unresolved, leading to drastic action. The showroom, which housed several Ola electric scooters, was completely gutted in the fire. Fortunately, no casualties were reported, but the incident has raised concerns about the growing discontent among Ola Electric customers.

This incident is not an isolated one, with several Ola electric scooter owners taking to social media to express their dissatisfaction with the company's after-sales service and product quality.

In response to the incident, Ola Electric condemns the arson attack. The company stated, "There has been an incident of arson at one of our brand stores in Kalaburagi, Karnataka. The perpetrator of this violent act has been identified, and an FIR has been lodged against the individual. We highly condemn such unlawful acts and will take all necessary legal measures to ensure appropriate and strict actions are taken to prevent such incidents in the future."

"The person involved in the incident has been arrested, and an investigation is ongoing," the company added in the statement.
