Dodona Holdings and promoters of Pidilite Industries offload shares

Promoters Neerav Apurva Parekh and Kalpana Apurva Parekh divested a total of 4 lakh shares of Pidilite Industries. Neerav sold 1 lakh shares (0.02%) at Rs 3,303 per share, and Kalpana sold 3 lakh shares (0.06%) at the same price. Ishijas Chemicals Pvt Ltd acquired these 4 lakh shares at Rs 3,303 per share. By the end of the day, Pidilite Industries' stock closed 1.37% lower at Rs 3,229.05.

In another significant transaction, Dodona Holdings Limited sold 1.19 lakh shares, representing a 0.03% stake, of Trent Ltd. at Rs 7,080 per share. Siddhartha Yog bought these shares at the same price. Trent Ltd.'s stock closed 0.19% higher at Rs 7,149.95.

In other bulk deals, NAV Capital VCC sold 30,374 shares of Delta Industrial Resources at Rs 19.01 per share, and Sunit Morarjee purchased 30,259 shares at Rs 19.66 per share. Delta Industrial Resources ended the day 4.96% higher at Rs 20.28.

Next Orbit Ventures Fund sold 1.2 lakh shares of Three M Paper Manufacturing Co. Ltd., amounting to a 0.62% stake, at Rs 61.33 per share. Jinendra Kumar Jain bought 1.16 lakh shares at the same price. Three M Paper Manufacturing Co. Ltd.'s stock closed 2.28% higher at Rs 62.7.
