India to benefit as global oil prices decline by over $4 a barrel
Crude oil prices rose by Rs46 to Rs6,750 per barrel as participants increased their positions following a firm spot demand. Globally, West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude oil was up by 0.46 per cent at $81.53 per barrel, and Brent crude traded 0.36 per cent higher at $85.80 per barrel in New York.
