Brent crude trading at $83.89/bbl

Crude oil futures on Thursday declined by 0.21 per cent to Rs6,632 per barrel as participants trimmed their positions on low demand. Globally, West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude oil was trading 0.50 per cent higher at $79.78 per barrel, and Brent crude was up 0.53 per cent at $83.89 per barrel in New York. On MCX, crude oil for August delivery fell by Rs14 or 0.21 per cent to Rs6,632 per barrel with a business volume of 3,843 lots.
