3 projects in Hyd get RERA notices

Hyderabad : Telangana RERA Chairman Dr N Satyanarayana has issued a show cause notice to three real estate projects and ordered the real estate builders to submit their explanations within 15 days. A show cause notice has been issued to Swargaseema Sandal Wood Farms Private Limited for undertaking a venture to sell residential plots under the name of Swargaseema Suketana at Cherukupally, Kondurg, near Shadnagar without RERA registration. Another show cause notice has been issued by the TS-RERA authority after it came to know that JLL India Pvt Ltd having its office in Salarpuria Sattva Knowledge Park in Madhapur was conducting real estate business activities without obtaining RERA registration. Constella real estate project at Maheswaram, Tukkuguda village, Sreenagar area near ORR exit 14 area has been issued a notice.
