TCEI to host global wedding planners conference in Hyd

Hyderabad Telangana Chamber of Events Industry (TCEI) is hosting a two-day conference - TCEI SIWPC GLOBAL 2023 and TCEI Excellence Awards on July 24 and 25, 2023 in Hyderabad. The event is supported by the Telangana Tourism and will have 450 wedding planners from across the globe.

Srinivas Goud, Minister for Tourism and Culture, Government of Telangana, and Sundeep Sultania, Principal Secretary, Govt of Telangana, have announced the details of the South Indian Wedding Planners Congress (SIWPC) conference and excellence awards.

Speaking to the media, Minister Srinivas Goud commended TCEI for spreading the glory of Telangana across the globe. No celebration, event or program can be hosted without the involvement of the event planners, he said. “Under the leadership of CM K Chandrashekhar Rao and Industries Minister KT Rama Rao every industry has made rapid strides of progress in Telangana and event industry is at the forefront. The Telangana government will extend its wholehearted support to this event,” Srinivas Goud added.

In future we will ensure hassle free permissions, be it from police or exercise and others, under one roof, as a single window system from Tourism Department, for applications from TCEI, he said.

The event will facilitate industry discussions, networking, workshops, and renowned wedding planners will share their insights. The entrepreneurs from event industry will be recognised for their outstanding contribution with excellence awards. Additionally, the ceremony will also present a prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award to acknowledge the greatest contributor to the industry.
