My Home launches Akrida project in Hyd

Hyderabad: My Home Group, a real estate company, launched its flagship residential project, My Home Akrida, at Gopanpally to Tellapur Road here. Six towers of 12 floors are open for booking now as part of phase-one.

My Home Akrida is part of a Mega Integrated Township, which is a joint venture between My Home Group and Pratima Group. After the launch of My Home Sayuk, the developers are coming up with this residential project, spread across 24.99 acres, 3,780 flats, rising to G+39 floors with 81 per cent open area.

On the occasion of the launch, Dr Rameswar Rao, Chairman, My Home Group, said: “My Home has been a pioneer for over three decades in developing housing projects with comfort of living, convenience of location, and close-knit of communities. Akrida is a continuation of the same commitment.”

Total of 12 towers with eight flats per floor will comprise of 2 BHK, 2.5 BHK, and 3 BHK apartments in sizes ranging from 1,399 sft to 2,347 sft.

Rao further said that the project is established in a thriving location with connectivity roads to Financial District, Gachibowli, and access to ORR, airport, restaurants, malls, schools, and others.

The integrated township will also see more residential offerings, a mall, an international school, a hospital and other facilities coming up, an official release mentioned.
