What was the rationale behind launching NuFit?

The inspiration behind NuFit was the need to educate and provide the right approach to people. This knowledge is essential while understanding health. The concept of health and fitness towards a weight loss program gets misdirected when the focus is just solely on losing weight. There are absolutely no shortcuts to losing weight. The biggest struggle is to correct these myths and shortcuts in achieving health goals.

How has the company evolved?

With NuFit, my continuous endeavour has been to provide a holistic method to build a strong foundation toward health and fitness. This foundation is critical when we look at how much nutrition is important to fitness and how both of them are hugely complimentary in answering and achieving the goals while not stressing out our bodies.

What are the products and the services the company offers?

The focus at NuFit with regards to its services is about how health plans facilitate fitness goals to be attained and retained for the long term. Short term health goals do more harm to the body and are more than likely to reverse the amount of effort invested initially. No one wants to come full circle and begin again from where they started their weight loss journey. Hence, NuFit plays a multi-role in establishing and exploring this journey for the clients and helping them achieve these with relative ease for long term gains.

How effective are your programs?

Given the power of nutrition and fitness, these programs positively impact the clients. With every passing day, we heard of how our services are transforming into success stories. Awareness among individuals to subscribe to value-added customised nutrition and fitness plans that cater to each individual's preferences are actually on the rise. Are you geared to meet this demand?

We are excited about the rise of clients who are focused on investing in their health. With such an increase, we are more than ready to cater to them as individuals and provide them with customised diet and fitness plans. The key thing to remember is that we had been preparing for this boom in clients and had rightly anticipated this growth. Hence we are now at a much comfortable stage to cater to such strong growth in clients for long term consumption.

What are your expansion plans?

The expansion plans for NuFit are already in the growth phase. We have witnessed a steady rise in the number of clients who want to subscribe and have quickly become a part of the fitness programs. Their success in achieving their respective goals has automatically converted them into promoters. Testimonials in the form of word of mouth have boosted our growth and we are already on the growth trajectory. We are looking to establish ourselves in different cities and currently are focused on growing our online presence since we can reach a larger audience with our services.

What are your plans to grow the business post-Covid?

Covid has been an impactful journey and yet it has brought with it a rise in health concerns. Until Covid, only weight loss was the main criteria to looking at nutrition. However, post-Covid, the clients are looking at immunity as an asset and are ready to put in the required investment and effort to achieve a fit and healthy lifestyle. This has helped NuFit grow because we had always stressed a healthy lifestyle that also achieves weight-related goals. We can now reach out to both our existing and new clients with plans that not just look at the weight aspect, but also complement their dietary and immunity levels to help build defences against infections and diseases.

Do you have a franchise model for growth?

Currently I operate from a single base and I am in the process of exploring the different business models to expand my operations. Given the high demand for technical know-how, there is a good amount of travel that also allows me to showcase the services, while answering queries on my social media handles. These travel meetings help me build and develop my partnership network with potential individuals through growth and expansion. Going forward, I am keen on taking these partnerships forward and expanding in multiple cities.
