Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has directed officials to construct a new and modern building for Osmania Hospital at the Police Stadium and Police Sports Complex in Goshamahal.
He instructed the team to develop a comprehensive plan ensuring that the new facility meets the needs of the next 50 years.
The Chief Minister emphasised that the police department should transfer the land to the Health department.
The design for the new hospital will accommodate all necessary departments, academic blocks, and a nursing staff hostel on the premises.
Additionally, he stressed the importance of improving road connectivity on all sides of the hospital.
Telangana government will reconduct the Praja Palana program for 10 days beginning on September 17 to issue ration cards and health cards to eligible people.
The current ration cards linked with health cards will be delinked and will be issued as two separate cards.
