Telangana High Court Issues Stay on Demolition of Actor Nagarjuna's N-Convention Centre

The Telangana High Court has halted the demolition of actor Nagarjuna’s N-Convention Centre in Hyderabad.

The court granted a stay order after Nagarjuna petitioned, following initial demolition efforts by the Hyderabad Disaster Response and Assets Monitoring and Protection (HYDRA) authorities over alleged illegal construction.

Nagarjuna’s team confirmed the stay, stating that Justice T Vinod Kumar conducted the inquiry.

The actor criticized the demolition on social media, asserting that it violated existing stay orders and was based on misinformation.

He clarified that the N-Convention Centre is on ‘patta land’ and no prior notice was given before the demolition began.

The demolition, which started early Saturday, is now on hold due to the court’s intervention.
