Wellness and personal finance top priorities for adults

Amex Trendex a leading trade index has unveiled a survey report that revealed that physical wellness and personal finance are the top two priorities for Indian adults in 2024. Some key findings of survey include 85 per cent of Indians are ‘very likely’ to set New Year Resolutions in 2024. 76 per cent of individuals set a resolution for physical wellness, while 69 per cent respondents chose personal finance as the top area of their focus.

Top resolutions for physical wellness include eating healthier (73 per cent), increased outdoor activities (63 per cent) and getting a home exercise machine (51 per cent). Top resolutions for personal finance include growing savings (81 per cent) and growing investments (75 per cent).
