Pawan Kalyan condemns attack on Chilkur Balaji temple chief priest Rangarajan

Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan has strongly condemned the attack on Chilkur Balaji Temple's chief priest, Rangarajan, calling it an assault on the protection of Dharma rather than just an individual attack.
Pawan Kalyan expressed deep concern over the incident and urged the Telangana government to take the matter seriously. He stated that Rangarajan has been tirelessly working for the preservation of Dharma, temple heritage, and Hindu traditions for decades. He also revealed that Rangarajan had previously provided him with crucial insights on safeguarding Sanatana Dharma and temple management.
The attack took place on February 7 when a group of individuals, allegedly affiliated with the Rama Rajyam Sanstha, forcibly entered Rangarajan's residence in the Moinabad PS area of Rangareddy district. Reports suggest that the group, claiming to be descendants of the Ikshvaku dynasty, pressured Rangarajan to align with their cause of establishing Rama Rajyam. When he refused, they physically assaulted him.
Following a complaint from Rangarajan’s father, Soundara Rajan, the Moinabad police launched an investigation, analyzing CCTV footage from the incident. One suspect, Veera Raghava Reddy, believed to be the leader of the gang, has been arrested, while authorities continue searching for the remaining assailants.
The attack has sparked widespread outrage, with religious and political leaders demanding strict action against the perpetrators.
