Sri City pays tribute to freedom fighters on I-Day

Hyderabad: The vibrant community of Sri City came together to celebrate India’s 78th Independence Day. The occasion was marked by a colourful ceremony at the Business Centre, where the national flag was hoisted by Satyanarayana, Assistant Development Commissioner (ADC), Sri City SEZ, followed by a parade by the Sri City security force.
In his address, Satyanarayana emphasised the significance of remembering the sacrifices of freedom fighters, and urged all citizens to support the government in its endeavours. Recognising the remarkable growth of Sri City, he lauded the efforts of the Sri City Management in creating ample employment opportunities in a previously backward region. Dr Ravindra Sannareddy, Founder Managing Director, Sri City, extended his greetings in a message emphasising the collective responsibility of the Sri City community to build a stronger and more prosperous India. He highlighted the industrial city’s active role in the ‘Make for World’ campaign, hosting over 220 manufacturing industries across various sectors.
