Hyderabad: In a major step to enhance HR solutions globally, TConsult and Spryple signed a joint venture agreement here, spearheaded by TConsult Chairman Sundeep Kumar Makthala and Spryple CEO Venkat Boora. The agreement aims to support small and mid-sized businesses globally with advanced HR tools designed to streamline employee management, especially in regions like Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

Spryple, developed by Devorks Solutions, is an advanced HR software that leverages AI-based facial recognition to automate attendance tracking and streamline payroll management. The platform is designed to support businesses of all sizes, covering the complete HR lifecycle from onboarding to separation. Headquartered at the T-HUB in Hyderabad, Spryple integrates cutting-edge technology into HR solutions, offering next-gen tools to modernise workforce management across borders.
