SBI Cleanliness Drive Marks Gandhi Jayanti
SBI employees participating in Swachhata Hi Sewa campaign in Hyderabad on Wednesday
Hyderabad: As part of the Swachhata Hi Sewa 2024 campaign, the State Bank of India (SBI) Hyderabad Circle organised a series of cleanliness activities at its local head office on Wednesday, coinciding with Gandhi Jayanti and Swachh Bharat Diwas.
The three pillars of the campaign — Swachhata Ki Bhaagidari, Sampoorna Swachhata, and Safaimitras Suraksha Shivir — were implemented by SBI, during the drive from September 14 to Gandhi Jayanti. The event was led by Chief General Manager Rajesh Kumar, alongside General Managers, Deputy General Managers, and other senior officials.
The day began with a cleanliness drive conducted around the LHO premises & busy commercial areas of Sultan bazar & Gujarati Galli reflecting their commitment towards creating a clean and hygienic community. Officers and staff actively participated in this drive, emphasising the importance of cleanliness in public spaces. The activity spread the message of Swachhata (cleanliness) in an engaging and resonant manner. The activity aimed at creating awareness among participants about the significance of maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in daily life.
