Hyderabad: Riktam Group, a quality engineering solutions provider, on Monday announced the official launch of its recruitment platform, ZinterviewAI. The AI-driven platform conducts virtual interviews and provides hiring managers with evaluations.

ZinterviewAI offers customisable questions, multilingual support, proctoring, and advanced analytics for structured hiring across tech, non-tech, and niche roles. The Company has raised a seed round of $200,000 for developing the product and achieving its growth plans. “In today’s competitive hiring landscape, speed, and accuracy are critical for securing top talent. Listing down the features of the platform, Jain said that it permits candidates to take interviews at their convenience eliminating scheduling conflicts. Besides that hiring managers receive detailed evaluation reports, including video recordings, transcripts, and skill ratings. Moreover, the platform has the capability to conduct interviews in over 15 languages, including multiple Indian languages, he added.
