Responding to remarks by BRS working president KTR, Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy said that the Hyderabad Disaster Response and Assets Monitoring and Protection Agency (HYDRA) will also demolish his properties if found violating the norms.

KTR alleged that Revanth Reddy is resorting to political vendetta as HYDRA is targetting and demolishing only the houses of opposition parties.

KT Rama Rao also questioned why HYDRA didn't demolish the assets of ReavnthReddy’s brother Anumula Thirupati’s properties.

Reacting to the allegation leveled by KTR against his brother, Revanth Reddy, addressing the media, said that HYDRA can demolish his assets if any of his properties are found violating the construction norms or found within the FTL or buffer zones.

He challenged KTR and Harish Rao to be at the helm of the fact-finding committee which decides if a property is illegal or not.

Requesting elected MLAs to be responsible, the CM suggested the suspension of BRS leaders like Marri Rajasekhar Reddy, Malla Reddy, and Palla Rajeshwar Reddy for encroachments.

Taking a dig at KTR, Reavanth sought the disqualification of the BRS leader as an MLA as he failed to furnish details related to his farmhouse in Janwada.

He further added that soon HYDRA will have its police stations and no public representatives will be spared. He also warned those encroaching river bodies by constructing colleges in rivers.

Reavanth also alleged that there could be a possible covert alliance between TRS and BJP after seeing the speed at which Kavitha was granted bail in the liquor scam.
