Re Sustainability, Sharrp Ventures Tie-Up For Plastic Waste Management

Hyderabad: Re Sustainability, a sustainability solutions provider and Sharrp Ventures, the investment office of the Harsh Mariwala family, on Tuesday announced their collaboration for the launch of ‘Plastics Circularity Initiative,’ in Hyderabad (Telangana), and Raipur (Chhattisgarh).

Under the project, over 9,000 tonnes of recycled polymers will be produced each year. The project will start off with setting up of infrastructure in both the cities, with facilities likely to be operational by early FY26. The infrastructure set up will involve recycling facilities equipped to handle large volumes of waste. From 2026 onwards, FMCG’s and other industries will be able to purchase these recycled polymers.
