Prasho Foundation To Host Int’l Conference On Disability In Hyd

Hyderabad: Prasho (Pragyaan Sustainable Health Outcomes) Foundation, a not-for-profit research organisation is set to host the International Conference on Disability, on November 23 and 24, 2024. The theme of the Conference is ‘Strengthening Research and Evidence on Disability.’

For oral presentations during the conference, Prasho has called for entries of abstract submission. The deadline to submit the Abstract is September 30, 2024 and to register for the Conference is October 31, 2024. Researchers, activists and practitioners will be attending the conference to discuss and debate on strengthening research and evidence on disability. The conference will focus on new research findings, methodologies, tools and implications of evidence for policy and practice, an official release from Prasho said.

The organisation further said that the topics that will be discussed at the conference includes new high quality evidence on disability and exclusion, methodological issues in investigating disability, use of evidence to inform disability-inclusive development, strengthening health systems and policies for disability.
