Online Platform For Legal Clarity In Property Deals Unveiled

Hyderabad: City-based HRCS (Housing Requirements Customised Solutions) India, a real estate company on Thursday launched HRCSIndia.com, a free online platform that will offer property buyers, sellers, and stakeholders with verified legal and loan information on real estate properties.
A V Ranganath, Commissioner of HYDRAA (Hyderabad Disaster Response and Asset Monitoring and Protection Agency) launched the platform in the presence of over 150 attendees.
Addressing the gathering, Ranganath said, “HYDRAA is not responsible for stagnation in Hyderabad’s real estate market. Many unsold flats existed even before HYDRAA was formed. Our role is to protect public assets and ensure transparency.”
The Commissioner further informed that HYDRAA plans to sign a MoU with the National Remote Sensing Centre (NRSC) for the use of satellite and remote sensing technology in identifying lake encroachments and demarcate Full Tank Levels (FTLs). Speaking on the launch, Harshavardhan Reddy, Founder and CEO, HRCS India, said: “HRCSIndia.com is created to address the widespread confusion among buyers following recent demolitions.
