Ni-Kshay Shivir Screening Camp Conducted

Hyderabad: GSI Training Institute conducted Ni-Kshay Shivir screening camp in its Bandlaguda-Nagole office in collaboration with TB Cell, Telangana on Thursday as a part of 100-day intensified campaign to eradicate TB by 2025. The campaign aims to enhance awareness, improve detection, and ensure effective treatment and prevention measures in the office premises.

The camp provided free TB screenings/counselling, ensuring the early diagnosis and intervention. The screening camp was inaugurated by Dr S Ravi, Dy Director General and Head Mission-V, in the presence of doctors, supporting staff and entire team of Telangana TB Cell, officers, trainee officers and employees of the GSITI.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr S Ravi highlighted the role of various government bodies and Institutions like GSI Training Institute in achieving this ambitious goal of eradicate TB by 2025. Dr Ravi appraised the doctors and supporting team from State TB Cell, Telangana and District TB Cell, Rangareddy for conducting the campaign and screening camps.
