Mindspace REIT Wins 10 Sword Of Honour Awards
Hyderabad: Mindspace Business Parks REIT has set a benchmark in safety excellence by receiving 10 prestigious Sword of Honour Awards from the British Safety Council for the year 2024. This marks the sixth consecutive year the REIT has been honored for its commitment to health and safety, making it the leading REIT in terms of Sword of Honour recognitions among all listed REITs.
Among the 10 awarded properties in the Mindspace REIT portfolio, the Mindspace Madhapur asset stood out with three awards for its three Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) – Sundew Properties, K Raheja IT Park, and Intime Properties. Other properties in the portfolio receiving the accolade include Mindspace Airoli East, Mindspace Airoli West, Paradigm Mindspace Malad, and Commerzone Yerawada, among others. The Sword of Honour Awards are given to organisations that demonstrate the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental management.
Peter McGettrick, Chairman of the British Safety Council, praised Mindspace REIT for its unwavering dedication to safety and professionalism. "These awards recognise the exceptional commitment to health and safety management across the REIT's entire portfolio," he said. Mike Robinson, Chief Executive of the British Safety Council, also commended Mindspace REIT for its ongoing contributions to safe and healthy workspaces. "The achievements of Mindspace REIT reflect its resolve to ensure that no one is harmed or made ill through their work," he added.
