Investor Shashi Reddi To Acquire Edtech Platform Ffreedom

Hyderabad: Boss Wallah, an entity founded by investor and serial entrepreneur Sashi Reddi, has entered into a formal agreement with Suvision Holdings Pvt Ltd to acquire its edtech platform ‘ffreedom’. Sashi Reddi and associates, have committed an initial investment of $7 million (about Rs 60 crore) to jumpstart the platform.

Boss Wallah will enable entrepreneurs to acquire the skills and get the advice needed to start and grow a business. At present, ffreedom app provides livelihood educational content.

“There are plenty of platforms for JEE and government exams. However, India needs a platform for people who are looking to build a business that will provide employment to others and support them in earning income. That is what the Boss Wallah platform will do,” said Sashi Reddi.
