Hyderabad latest news: Income Tax sleuths had raided the properties of the renowned filmmaker and Telangana Film Federation Development Corporation TFFDC chairman, the morning. The houses were searched in his residence in Ujas Villas, Jubilee Hills, as well as other properties.

According to the media outlets, a total of 55 squads have been pressed into service to search the said locations, which include Dil Raju’s residences and Mango office in Jubilee Hills and Banjara Hills, as well as the properties of his brother Shirish, daughter Hanshitha Reddy, and other relatives.
The reason for the IT raids filmmaker properties is still unknown and further details are awaited. Together with a circle of his relatives, Dil Raju is an important figure in the film industry as he is the man who runs the production house Sri Venkateswara Creations. He was newly appointed as the Chairman of the Telangana Film Development Corporation by the Telangana government.
The producer had recently produced two important projects in Telugu, which were released for Sankranthi. One of them is a “pan India” project with a high budget entitled Game Changer, starring Ram Charan, and directed by Shankar. The film that had been expected to be a box office hit didn’t do well and was a failure.
At the same time, Sankrinkiki Vasthunam, a movie about family that stars Venkatesh, Aishwarya Rajesh and Meenakshi Chaudhary, and is directed by Anil Ravipudi, has been a good entry to the list of films that have been profitable at the box office. In January, Dil Raju produced two films. While the pan Indian film Game Changer did not meet the box office expectations, nonetheless, the other release he made titled Sankranthiki Vasthunnam was still performing well, and he had been making a big profit.
