Hydra Demolitions: Commissioner Ranganath Clears the Air on Illegal Structures

Hyderabad: Hydra Commissioner Ranganath made key comments regarding the ongoing demolitions. He clarified that illegal structures constructed after July will be demolished. He emphasized that structures built before Hydra was formed will not be targeted.

"We will not act against structures currently under construction if permissions were obtained in the past. However, those being built without any permission will inevitably be demolished. Hydra will thoroughly review newly obtained permissions. We are committed to protecting ponds in accordance with government policies. Hydra will not target the poor. Please do not believe the false propaganda claiming that we are demolishing their houses," Ranganath urged.
