The car slammed into the median, but the airbags deployed, preventing any serious injuries.
Other motorists stopped to help the woman, who appeared intoxicated. The front of the car went through the wall and was left hanging in the air.
The Banjara Hills police arrived and, with the help of traffic personnel, used a crane to remove the car.
The police are now investigating the crash.
