Hyderabad Police Launches Cyber Crime Awareness Campaign

Hyderabad: Keeping in view the growing number of Cyber crimes and to prevent the frauds, Hyderabad City Police, in association with Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Limited (Piramal Finance), scheduled an extensive Cyber Crime Awareness Campaign aimed at empowering citizens to safeguard themselves from online fraud and digital threats.

The campaign is officially inaugurated on Wednesday afternoon at the ICCC Building. Piramal Finance, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Piramal Enterprises Ltd (PEL), has demonstrated a strong commitment to community welfare through various initiatives. As part of its corporate social responsibility, the organization has been conducting cyber crime awareness programs in partnership with law enforcement agencies across India. These efforts have included successful campaigns in Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Varanasi, and Kanpur over the past year, leveraging innovative strategies to educate the public about online safety.
