Hyderabad: GMR Hyderabad International Airport has been awarded the prestigious Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Award by Airports Council International (ACI) World, securing the title of 'Best Airport in the 15 to 25 Million Passengers Per Annum (MPPA)' category in the Asia-Pacific region for 2024. This recognition reaffirms Hyderabad Airport’s commitment to delivering world-class passenger experiences.
ACI World's ASQ program is the leading global benchmark for measuring passenger satisfaction, evaluating over 30 key performance indicators through real-time traveler surveys. More than 400 airports participated in the 2024 program, with Hyderabad Airport standing out for its exceptional service and innovation.
