Game Developers Conference In Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Telangana is a hub for globally competitive AVGC (animation, visual effects, gaming and comics) products and services and the State is set to play a key role in making India a global superpower in the gaming, visual effects and animation landscape, said Jayesh Ranjan, Telangana IT Secretary.

Delivering a keynote address at the India Gaming Convention 2024, held in New Delhi, Jayesh Ranjan has invited industry stakeholders to take part in the India Game Developers Conference, which is going to be held in Hyderabad during November 13 -15, 2024.

“The govt is aware of the adverse consequences of gaming. This can be addressed by deploying technology. Telangana has been able to frame a draft law to address this based on the national framework,” he said.
