CM Revanth to inaugurate Credai property show today
150 developers to showcase 300 properties priced between Rs 35 lakh and Rs 3 cr

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad chapter of Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (Credai) said the first of the series of Credai Hyderabad Property Show 2024 is going to be inaugurated by Telangana chief minister A Revanth Reddy, as the chief guest, and D Sridhar Babu, as the guest of honour, today (Friday) at 10.30 am.
The apex body of private real estate developers is hosting three property shows across the city in August. The first of the series of the property show will be held at Hitech City, Hitex, from August 2 to 4. The second of the series will be held at Shree Convention, Kompally from August 9 to 11. The third property show is slated to be held at Metro Station, Nagole from August 23 to 25, 2024.
The property show will witness participation of 150 developers displaying 300 properties in the price range of Rs 35 lakh to Rs 3 crore. Mostly two BHK residences spread across 1,400 sq ft and above, along with three BHK and villa properties will be on display, a Credai member informed.
V Rajashekar Reddy, president, Credai Hyderabad, said that RERA-registered residential properties will be on display alongside sustainable building practices and real estate technology. “As per a report, Hyderabad is the fourth fastest growing city in the world. The city is the most livable city for expats, best city to live in India, with excellent healthcare facilities. Hyderabad is among the top three markets of luxury homes in India and prime destination for economic opportunities, making it the most sought after city for real estate investment,” he added.
N Jaideep Reddy, president elect, Credai Hyderabad, said that the city boasts of more than 884 development projects certified as green buildings by the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC), a majority of which are developed by Credai members.
