Hyderabad: As part of a business tour to India, a delegation from the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BelCCI) visited Sri City on Tuesday. The 14 member delegation, headed by Dziana Turava, represented Belarusian corporations and business entities from different sectors.

Satish, President (Operations) welcomed the delegation, while Bodgan George, Assistant Vice President (Business Development) gave a presentation highlighting Sri City’s features, and potential as a dynamic industrial hub in multiple manufacturing sectors. George further underscored the advantages of setting up a manufacturing unit in the business city.

An official Sri City press release said that the delegates engaged in the interactive session, raising questions about business establishments and available opportunities. After witnessing the ecosystem fostered by the presence of manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics firms, the delegates from the automobile components manufacturing and packaging sector explored potential business opportunities for their products. The delegation explored Sri City’s infrastructure and industrial ecosystem, gaining an in-depth perspective on its operations. They also toured the Vital Paper unit, engaged with company executives, and observed the activities underway. Dziana Turava expressed her admiration for Sri City’s expansive layout, robust infrastructure, and industry-friendly environment, praising the management’s efforts in creating a well-developed industrial park with a strong ecosystem, the release mentioned.

On the delegation’s visit, Dr Ravindra Sannareddy, Founder MD of Sri City, said: “Their visit is a significant step toward strengthening business relations between India and Belarus. I am confident such interactions will open avenues for Belarusian entrepreneurs to invest in Sri City.”

India and Belarus, an Eastern European nation, share a strong partnership founded on mutual respect and economic cooperation across various sectors. Cultural and academic exchanges enhance their ties, while high-level visits underscore a mutual commitment to strengthening relations. The BelCCI delegation’s visit highlights a shared goal of deepening economic and cultural collaboration, Dr Sannareddy added.
