Hyderabad, March 8: The 13th edition of the CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show kicked off at the prestigious HITEX Exhibition Centre, marking a significant milestone in the city's real estate landscape from 8th to 10th March 2024. The CREDAI property show aims to provide homebuyers with a comprehensive platform to explore the finest residential and commercial properties in Hyderabad.
The property show was inaugurated by Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy, Minister for Revenue and Housing, Information & Public Relations, Government of Telangana and the CREDAI senior leadership team, including V Rajashekar Reddy - President; N Jaideep Reddy - President-Elect; B Jagannath Rao - General Secretary, CREDAI Hyderabad; Kothapalli Rambabu - Convener for the property show and Vice President CREDAI Hyderabad.
The CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show 2024 serves as a comprehensive platform for stakeholders across the construction industry, including developers, material vendors, experts, and financial institutions. Attendees can explore a diverse range of RERA registered properties, including apartments, villas, plots, and commercial spaces, tailored to their preferences and requirements.
This three-day event provides industry players with an opportunity to showcase their latest projects, innovations, and offerings, facilitating informed decision-making for prospective homebuyers. The second day of the property show will be graced by D Sridhar Babu, Minister for IT, Electronics and Communications, Industry & Commerce and Legislative Affairs, Government of Telangana, who will highlight the outlook of industrial growth and employment in the state over the next five years.
On the third day, B Vikramarka Mallu, Minister for Finance & Planning, Energy the Government of Telangana, will attend the Valedictory ceremony.
